Most of our work involves fiddling with Fortran, debugging code, and wrestling with onerous databases.  The current workforce of Silver Tip is a single independent consultant forging her way through the floodwaters of hydrologic modeling demands with the help of a broad interdisciplinary network of colleagues specializing in water quality, climate, organizational development, and watershed planning.   Each project is different, since each watershed is unique.  But one thing remains the same, water flows downhill.
